KADER is a digital intermediary for requests, quotes, communication and reviews. Independent providers perform the work; registration does not create employment with KADER. This page does not imply commercial availability in every area.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the service lawfully. Fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, unauthorised disclosure of others’ data and fabricated requests or reviews are prohibited.
Scope and quotes
Customers describe the work accurately. Both parties review price, materials, timing and delivery terms before accepting a quote. Scope and price changes require agreement before additional work is performed.
Fees and payment
Applicable platform fees and commissions must be disclosed before acceptance; this page sets no fixed rate. Provider credits are for platform use and are not withdrawable. Payment for work is direct between the parties unless another announced method is activated.
Cancellation and complaints
If cancelling or unable to proceed, inform the other party and document agreements and completed work. Complaints are reviewed against request details, messages and images. This page creates no unapproved refund or compensation guarantee and does not override statutory rights.
Suspension and responsibility
Accounts may be restricted for violations or credible suspected abuse, with review through support when active. Each party remains responsible for its obligations and safe work under applicable law; intermediary status does not waive liability imposed on the platform by law.
Legal version
This preliminary wording builds on the previous KADER pack, which refers to applicable Iraqi law. The contracting entity, support process, fees and cancellation policy must be approved before these terms are used as a binding launch agreement.
