Provider agreement
Clear provider responsibilities for a better customer experience.
Pre-launch draft · Updated 25 September 2026Registration and review
Providers submit accurate skills, experience, work areas, portfolios and required documents. Applying does not constitute acceptance or completed verification and guarantees neither a number of opportunities nor fixed income.
Independent status
Providers operate independently and are responsible for competence, required licences, equipment and team safety. Registration does not make a provider an employee or authorised representative of the platform.
Quoting and delivery
Explain price inclusions, materials, timing and any applicable warranty, and maintain punctual, professional communication. Obtain customer approval before additional charges and do not claim warranties or expertise you cannot provide.
Customer privacy and safety
Use customer information, addresses and site images only for the request. Do not publish identifying information or images without permission, or share account credentials. Follow safety requirements and avoid work outside your competence.
Fees, disputes and ending the relationship
Approved fees are shown before commitment. Cooperate with complaint reviews and provide available evidence. Account closure may be requested subject to resolving outstanding obligations and requests; violations may lead to lawful restrictions. This is a draft and no acceptance is collected on the current registration page.
