How data is used in the KADER experience.

KADER connects customers with independent service providers. This policy covers accounts, service requests and in-app communication. This information website does not currently create accounts, accept service requests or collect registrations.
Account and request data
Data may include name, phone number, account type, city and area, job descriptions, quotes, prices, request status, reviews and complaints. Provider information may include skills, work areas, experience, portfolio images and documents required for verification.
Location, images and messages
An area or permitted location coordinates help match requests with services. Images explain and document work and quotes; request messages support follow-up and complaint handling. Device permissions can be managed in device settings; disabling a permission may limit dependent features.
Use and sharing
Data supports accounts, requests, verification, operational credits, support and abuse prevention. Relevant providers receive necessary request details; contact details depend on the request stage and operational need. Necessary data may be shared with service processors or in response to lawful requests. User data is not intended for sale.
Payments and credits
Under the current application model, provider credits are internal usage credits, not a withdrawable wallet. Work is paid for directly between customer and provider unless a licensed payment service is announced and this policy is updated accordingly.
Retention and protection
Data is retained as needed to operate the service, resolve complaints, meet legal obligations and prevent fraud. Access controls and technical and organisational measures protect it, without an absolute security guarantee. This version does not establish an unverified fixed retention period.
Your choices and contact
Access, correction and account deletion requests can be made through the approved support channel when active. The account deletion page explains current availability and requirements. The privacy contact and operator details have not yet been approved for publication; do not send sensitive documents to an unannounced channel.
Updates
The policy is reviewed when data processing changes or mapping, notification or payment providers are activated. Material changes are explained to users and consent is requested where required.
